At Devs27, we provide high-quality websites, CRM integrations, and marketing automation services to help your business grow. Because our services are digital, subscription-based, and involve immediate access to software, automations, and deliverables, the following refund policy applies:

1. Monthly Subscriptions

All subscriptions (Growth Plan £247/month, Accelerator Plan £497/month) are recurring monthly payments.

Payments are processed at the start of each billing cycle.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancelling a subscription prevents the next month’s payment; no refunds are issued for the current billing period.

3. Refunds

No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

Partial refunds are not available, as your access to the software, automations, and digital deliverables begins immediately.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as a technical issue on our end that prevents access to the service.

4. Service Delivery

All services are delivered digitally through your account in Devs27, including website, CRM, automations, and AI chatbot setup.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and access during the setup process.

5. Exceptions

If Devs27 is unable to deliver the agreed services due to technical issues or errors on our side, we will work to correct the issue. In rare cases where service cannot be delivered, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
