1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Devs27’s services, including all AI Voice Agent, call handling, and automation solutions (“Services”). By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Devs27 provides fully managed AI Voice Agent services for trades and service businesses. This includes 24/7 call answering, lead qualification, appointment booking, message handling, and automated follow-ups via SMS and/or email.

We handle setup, configuration, monitoring, and reporting. Clients do not receive direct access to backend software or systems unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Plans & Payments

  • Unlimited Plan (£397/month): Includes unlimited AI call handling, appointment booking, follow-ups, and performance reporting. The first 30 days are discounted by 75%, with a £97 setup/activation payment due upon sign-up. The standard £397 monthly billing begins automatically after 30 days unless cancelled.
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing for advanced integrations, routing, or campaign automation, as quoted individually.

All subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled. Payments are securely processed online and require a valid debit or credit card.

4. Risk-Free Guarantee

The Unlimited Plan includes a performance guarantee: if no booking or qualified appointment is generated within the first 30 days of active service, you are entitled to a full refund of your setup payment.

Refund eligibility requires that:

  • The client has provided all onboarding information and a valid calendar connection.
  • The AI Agent remained active and reachable during the service period.
  • At least one real customer call opportunity occurred.

Refunds do not apply if no inbound call activity occurred, or the client disabled or failed to use the provided business number.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information, service descriptions, and booking availability.
  • Maintain an active Google or Outlook calendar to enable appointment booking.
  • Ensure all phone numbers, emails, and integrations provided by Devs27 remain active and accessible.
  • Comply with applicable laws regarding customer communication and data protection (including GDPR).

6. Performance, Fair Use & Service Limitations

While Devs27 aims for consistent, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee call volumes, lead conversion, or continuous uptime. Service interruptions caused by telecom providers, network failures, client-side errors, or third-party platform issues are outside our control.

Fair Use Policy: The Unlimited Plan provides unrestricted AI call handling and automation for normal business use. “Unlimited” means there are no fixed call or minute caps for typical operation by small to medium trade or service businesses.

To maintain high-quality performance across all clients, Devs27 reserves the right to review and manage any account that demonstrates unusually high or excessive usage. If a client’s call volume, automation activity, or data usage significantly exceeds fair and reasonable levels for their plan or industry, we may:

  • Contact the client to review usage and discuss appropriate solutions;
  • Recommend a custom or Enterprise plan better suited to their volume;
  • Apply reasonable usage limits or additional charges with prior notice.

This policy exists to protect system performance, prevent abuse, and ensure fairness for all Devs27 clients. In practice, most businesses will never be affected by this clause.

7. Acceptable Use

Clients agree not to use the Service for spam, unsolicited marketing, or any illegal, abusive, or misleading activity. This includes, but is not limited to, mass unsolicited calls, messages, or any communication that violates local or international law. Devs27 may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in misuse or actions that could harm our systems or reputation.

8. Call Recording & Consent

By using our AI Voice Agent Service, clients authorise Devs27 to record and process inbound or outbound calls for the purpose of quality assurance, training, and service improvement. Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of these recordings complies with all applicable privacy and communications laws.

9. Payment Failure & Collections

If payment cannot be processed or becomes overdue by more than 7 days, Devs27 may suspend the Service until the balance is cleared. Continued non-payment beyond 30 days may result in termination and referral to a collections partner for recovery of outstanding amounts.

10. AI Behaviour & Limitations

The AI Voice Agent operates based on configured workflows and information provided by the client. While designed for accuracy, occasional errors may occur in speech recognition, scheduling, or messaging. Devs27 accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or miscommunications caused by AI interactions. Clients should periodically review call summaries and bookings for accuracy.

11. Client Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devs27, its partners, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the Service, including breaches of law, misrepresentations, or unauthorised communications made through their AI system.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public business, technical, or operational information confidential, including workflows, pricing, and client data. This obligation continues after termination of the Service.

13. Service Updates & Maintenance

Devs27 may modify, update, or temporarily suspend parts of the Service to implement improvements, fixes, or new features. While we aim to give notice where possible, urgent maintenance or upgrades may occur without prior warning.

14. Liability & Disclaimer

Devs27 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or missed opportunities. Total liability under any claim is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the preceding three (3) months.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, call volumes, or revenue increases, except as expressly stated under the Risk-Free Guarantee.

15. Intellectual Property

All software, AI logic, workflows, call scripts, and related materials used or developed by Devs27 remain the sole property of Devs27. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service during their active subscription. Duplication or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

16. Data Protection & Privacy

Devs27 processes data in accordance with UK GDPR. Call recordings (if enabled) are retained only for quality and training purposes and are deleted after a short retention period. Clients remain responsible for ensuring that any data shared with Devs27 is lawful and accurate.

17. Termination & Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.
  • If a client cancels within the first 30 days, no further payments will be taken after the initial setup fee.
  • Devs27 may suspend or terminate services for misuse, breach of terms, non-payment, or actions that harm system integrity or reputation.
  • Upon termination, access to AI numbers, workflows, and call handling will cease immediately.

18. Amendments

Devs27 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes by email or via our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
